2. Here are some important things to remember when attending each workout:

*ALWAYS aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to workout to begin pre-warm up routine - foam rolling, questions, set up, etc.

*PREWORKOUT: Eat a SMALL meal before camp (30-90 minutes prior), avoiding juice or other highly acidic beverages. Try a piece of fruit (ex: apple) with a handful of nuts (or slice of cheese), or small Greek yogurt with berries, or even a little low fat cottage cheese.

*POSTWORKOUT: This is BY FAR the most important thing you put in your body after each workout. Smoothies work best with with whey protein and fruit or even just drink some organic chocolate milk - these options will work best for post workout recovery. It is key that you have a proper postworkout meal to start the fat burning/recovery process. You can find a ready-to-go postworkout drinks right HERE.

*Be sure to bring a mat, comfortable workout attire and plenty of drinking water each day.

FOR DESERT RIDGE WAREHOUSE:

*Mondays & Wednesdays are "Bodyweight Cardio" days...you don't need to bring any dumbbells.
*Tuesdays & Thursdays "Strength" days...bring your dumbbells (guys 15-25 pounds, girls 10-15 pounds).

FOR PHOENIX  LOCATION:
*Your Head Trainer, Debbie will contact you to verify what she wants you to bring on which day.

*If it rains/bad weather, watch for email/text alerts for status updates.
